Terra Nuova has been working in Mali for some 20 years. During this time it extended institutional support to farmer organisations for the promotion of sustainable agriculture and food safety. Further, it supported the traditional therapists organisations to improve the health of local people through the appreciation of traditional medicine and training of local operators.
