Mission and values

We believe in cooperation based on intercultural dialogue, linguistic pluralism and interculturalism, on respect for cultural, social, gender and age diversity, and on the supremacy of peace.

We commit to enabling the participation of population groups at risk of exclusion, who often do not identify with dominant cultural and economic models. We commit to plan and implement projects and promote development that is local, autonomous and self managed, thereby becoming agents of social change. We prioritise working with local communities, indigenous populations, women suffering from discrimination, at-risk children and young people, rural and urban small-scale farmers, migrants and anyone experiencing difficulties due to their gender diversity.
